This intoxicating dining adventure allows you to create your own menu with the assistance of a World Class Master Chef who has created masterpieces featured in 3 and 4 star restaurants around the globe: New York City, Monte Carlo, Beverly Hills, Virgin Gorda, Miami Beach , Tel Aviv, Israel and more.  Chef James, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, N.Y.C., 1987 - can help you select from a wide variety of tastes and flavors from around the world prepared and served to you in the privacy of your own home.

    Fresh Water Prawns (when available) with New Zealand Cockles

    New Zealand cockles, roasted red peppers, Chardonay sauce with brocollini in garlic oil, and shallots with garlic sour dough croutons.

    Oven Roasted bone in pork chop with red wine cremini mushroom sauce with choice of a variety of potatoes or pasta side plus your choice of seasonal veggies.

Here is a small sampling of some possible dining choices….incorporate them into your menu or just inspire your own palate.  Each menu needs to be coordinate with Chef James to ensure the market availability of the products along with other assurances that this will be a fabulous dining experience for you and your guests.  Chef James will also need to visit your home to make arrangements in the feasibility of preparing the dish in your home.
